We begin with a private in-home consultation led personally by Dan. We discuss how your family lives, how you want the space to function, and what level of finish you expect. Along with the free consultation, there is also a free custom design drawing to envision your space done within 3-5 days.

2. Concept & Investment Framework

We develop a thoughtful plan layout and establish a clear budget range. This ensures alignment before moving forward — no surprises later.

3. Defined Scope & Agreement

A detailed scope of work, selections, timeline, and payment schedule are prepared. Everything is documented clearly before construction begins.

4. Construction & Oversight

Dan personally oversees the project from start to finish. Communication remains direct, timelines are protected, and budget discipline is maintained.

5. Final Walkthrough & Completion

We conduct a detailed walkthrough, address final details, and deliver a beautifully finished outcome ready for you and your family to enjoy.
